Once upon a time there were clocks ticking off. A generator is turned on
before the time machine.
T minus 30 minutes. There was an electrician, a clock watcher and a
calendar maker. They are set to travel forward in time. They're ready to
travel which is to move forward to 2998. They get the astronomer and the historian and both are ready.
T minus 20 minutes and counting. All should be ready. They're praying that
the millennium will be the moment when they get there. After they get there the time will be 2998.
T minus 10 minutes and counting. An electrician, a clock watcher, a
calendar maker, an astronomer and an historian are all ready. Everything's ready to work.
T minus 5 minutes and counting. Everything's waiting. An electrician is
testing our laser flux capacitor which makes time travel possible.
T minus 1 minute. There is a lever. A lever is screwed on. Now they're all
ready.
Five, four, three, two, one, they're off and disappeared into the future.
One millennium later they will reappear to 2998. |
